Fantastic doesn't begin to describe the views from Gourock Seaview Holiday Let . Just spent 4 fabulous days in this outstanding apartment. Views to die for. Didn't want to leave my seat at the window, because of the views.

Lovely hosts, who cater for all your needs. Beautiful spacious apartment. Great transport links. It's everything you see in the photos and more. Can't recommend it enough. Hopefully, I will be able to make a booking in the future, though once you have been, you will want to go back and the bookings might fill up!

PS. Saw 2 dolphins swimming by.

This is the best place we have ever stayed. The accommodation is a huge, fully self catering apartment suitable for a couple, or two couples, or a family. We stayed here for 10 nights on the Scottish part of our UK trip visiting from Australia.

The views are stunning, the shops are a short walk, and there is a great little pub just a couple of doors away. We used this accommodation as a base, and travelled as far as Inverness, where we stayed overnight and then returned.

Gourock isn’t far from Loch Lomond, and there was no shortage of scenic places to visit. Though tearing ourselves away from the gorgeous view was not easy! Thanks to Helen for being the perfect host.

My sister and I rented the flat for a week for the two of us ... each with our own bed! ... at the end of last month (April 2024).

This marked our 5th trip to Scotland. We have stayed at many B&Bs and hotels over our many trips. This stay at Gourock Seaview Holiday Let surpassed them all!

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We felt we were given a true home to rest and enjoy for the week of our stay.

We not only had beautiful bedrooms and a spectacular livingroom with memorable views, we had a full-sized kitchen with a complete set of amenities.

We took advantage of one of the ferries to Bute. In addition, we used the very convenient bus system...the stops are right out the door!

Helen was fantastic and gracious. She provided us with an initial videochat to meet her and see the flat before we placed down a deposit. She was always quick to reply and answer any questions....both before and after we arrived!

We could hope to return in the future...bring along our niece! perfect host.

We had an absolutely fantastic week staying at this holiday let. The flat was warm, welcoming, and really spacious, and Helen was a great host, making sure we were happy and had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. There was even a little welcome pack of goodies left for us, including a card for my Mum as I'd mentioned in passing that it would be her birthday while we were staying.

The views over the water are incredible, and we spent a lot of the time just sitting soaking that in, using the binoculars to watch the various boats (and a submarine!) go by, and keeping an eye out for dolphins, seals, and other wildlife.

When we managed to tear ourselves away from the views there was plenty to do nearby, and easy public transport links for everything. The bus journey along the coast to Largs was beautiful, and the ferry terminals to go across to Dunoon, Rothesay, and Millport are all easily accessible without a car too. More locally, we enjoyed walking along the front, checking out some of the lovely cafés and restaurants, and browsing the interesting little gift shops nearby.

Can't fault any of it, and would love to go back again at some point in the future. Even the weather was uncharacteristically kind to us!

Just returned from a lovely pre-Christmas break, celebrating a milestone birthday for my husband.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with views to die for. Well placed for all local amenities too. Don't think it could be topped and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
